Intro

The Dance Awards workshop brings together many of the artists from JUMP, NUVO & 24 Seven Dance Conventions with some of the best dancers and dance studios from around the world! Over 14 hours of classes from America’s top dance educators in a motivating and inspiring environment.

Registration

• You may register online for The Dance Awards starting on March 5th, 2025.
• Early Tuition Fees apply to all registrations submitted online by May 1st. If fees are not paid in full by May 1st, early fees will not be applied.
• Workshop Scholarships may be redeemed by selecting the scholarship during the registration process online. PLEASE NOTE: Workshop Scholarships were only awarded to VIP Winners & Runners-up (at JUMP), BreakOut Artist Winners and Runners-Up (at NUVO) and Non-Stop Dancer Winners & Runners-up (at 24 Seven).
• PLEASE NOTE: At the door, registration must be paid by credit card, cashier’s check or money order. We do not accept cash, personal OR studio checks at The Dance Awards at any time.
• Refund Policy: If an event is cancelled (for COVID or any other reason), refunds will be made within 10 days of the event. No refunds if the attendee cancels. If a dancer is unable to attend, a credit voucher will be issued towards a future Dance Awards event.

TEACHERS

• Registered Teachers are allowed access to all workshop rooms and have reserved seating for the competition.

PeeWees

Great News! We have expanded our workshop program to include two days of classes for the PeeWee (ages 5-7) division and include them in our competition. This is a great intro into the convention world for dancers ages 5 & up! The PeeWee program is for young dancers who want to experience The Dance Awards but might find the Mini Room too challenging. The PeeWee workshop consists of two days of classes on July 4-5 (Las Vegas) and July 17-18 (Orlando). One free PeeWee Observer Band will be given to the studio for the appropriate parent/guardian for each registered PeeWee dancer. This band will only allow entrance to the PeeWee workshop room, NO exceptions. Additional PeeWee Observer bands can be purchased for $65 on site. PeeWees can participate in the competition, as long as they are registered for the PeeWee workshop.

OBSERVERS

Pre-registration is recommended but Observer Passes will also be available to purchase at the event. The observer pass fee is $90 before the 5/1 deadline ($100 after the deadline), whether purchased in advance or onsite. All observers must be attending with paid students only and may not be Teachers, Studio Owners or dancers. Observers do not have access to the Teacher room or closed rehearsals at any time. Observer passes are not needed for the competition.

Observers must keep the following in mind:

• Make sure passes are visible for The Dance Awards staff at all times during the workshop classes in the Senior, Teen, Junior, Mini & PeeWee rooms.
• Sit and keep all belongings as far back against the walls as possible to provide the maximum amount of room for the dancers.
• No excessive noise or talking during the classes. It can be distracting to the dancers and teacher.
• NO videotaping or photography allowed at any point during the workshop classes. Still photos can be taken in between classes, with the artists, etc.
• One day wristbands are not available.

CONFIRMATIONS & SCHEDULES

A registration confirmation will be e-mailed to each studio and/or individual once their registration has been submitted at www.dance360.com. Ten days before the event, each studio will receive an email which includes all workshop and competition schedules and other important information regarding The Dance Awards.
